  • Note that sponsors are provided attendee names/organizations/email addresses upon request. These are used by sponsors to share information with the attendee and organize dinners/events and other networking meetings. If you wish to OPT OUT of this feature, email Carol Shields.
  • Photos of Speakers, Conference and Exhibit areas will be taken and used to promote the meeting. Your registration signals your permission to use your likeness in these photos.
  • Please note that should it be necessary for NLMC to contact you for additional information to process your registration, the only members of staff authorized to do so are Carol Shields, Barbara McCabe, and Bill Raisch.


  • Register before January 31, 2025, at $1495. After January 31, the registration fee is $1595. *-Taft-Hartley fund trustees, administrators, business managers; Public sector plan trustees & staff; Fund administrators & managers.

  • Register before January 31, 2025, at $1695. After January 31, the registration fee is $1795. *-Third-party administrators (TPAs); Benefit consultants; Attorneys, accountants & actuaries; Investment managers & consultants; Others who are involved in the overall management and administration of benefit trust funds.

  • Includes Exhibit Table and One Conference Registration. Additional registrations may be purchased at $1695 each ($1795 after 1/31/25).

Conference registration fees are non-refundable after November 30, 2024. Cancellations received prior to that date are subject to a $150 fee.
